QuickBooks 2016 and 2014 compatibility
Only QuickBooks 2014 and higher is supported with Internet Explorer 10. If you are using QuickBooks 2014 and have IE10 installed, you should first make sure you are on the latest release of QuickBooks to rule out compatibility issues.
If updating to the latest release does not solve your problem:
- In Internet Explorer 10, press the Alt key to show the menu bar.
- Choose Tools > Compatibility View settings.
- Select Display all web sites in Compatibility View, then click Close.
Important: If you are using Windows 8, you cannot uninstall IE10 because it is hard coded into the operating system.
