Lightspeed POS history
- Tap Sales History from the Main Menu.
- Locate the sale by swiping down to manually search for the sale, entering the Sale ID or customer first/last name in the search field, or scanning a receipt barcode.
- Once the sale is located, swipe left and then tap one of the following:
- Refund: Available for completed sales only, this option lets you process a refund for the corresponding sale.
- More: Available for completed sales only, this option lets you print or email the sale receipt, or print a gift receipt, for the corresponding sale.
- Re-open: Available for "In-Progress" sale and refund sessions only, this option lets you access an incomplete sale or refund for processing.
