Lightspeed POS history

The Sales History screen lets you view all completed sales and refunds, as well as sales and refunds that are in progress. You can choose to refund a completed sale, re-print or re-email a receipt for a completed sale, or re-open a sale or refund session that was not completed.
  1. Tap Sales History from the Main Menu.
  2. Locate the sale by swiping down to manually search for the sale, entering the Sale ID or customer first/last name in the search field, or scanning a receipt barcode.
  3. Once the sale is located, swipe left and then tap one of the following:
    • Refund: Available for completed sales only, this option lets you process a refund for the corresponding sale.
    • More: Available for completed sales only, this option lets you print or email the sale receipt, or print a gift receipt, for the corresponding sale.
    • Re-open: Available for "In-Progress" sale and refund sessions only, this option lets you access an incomplete sale or refund for processing.
