Very Bad top management, decisions are taken only from corporate office without considering regional requirements & constraints.
Local managers are not aware of the progress and cannot provide growth.
No use of HR's in local offices, looks like they are more of statues.
Not good facility team to provide basic necessities for employees, cafeteria does not provide dinner for VF employees in particular, very bad cab facility, it takes hours of waiting for cabs. AC's are switched off after 8pm.
