NFC Interoperabilty Test Services

CISC offers interoperability test services for all kinds of NFC-enabled devices including mobiles and wearables, contactless payment terminals, generic readers and smart cards. The NFC Interoperability Test Lab features multiple fully automated test setups. A wide range of readers, mobiles and smart cards is available to serve as communication counterparts for the interoperability tests (Available devices). The default test procedures may be fully adapted based on customer requirements. Test results are typically provided in tabular and graphical representation and are accumulated into comprehensive reports. Optionally, debugging details can be provided for application, protocol, data, timing or signal layers.Most devices available in the NFC Interoperability Test Lab are available for sale to test customers. They are provided with all required software for hassle-free use in the customer’s lab.

Turnkey NFC interoperability test systems

The NFC interoperability test setup is a turnkey solution for interoperability tests of NFC-enabled devices (mobiles, wearables, smart cards) with focus on contactless payment applications. The aim of the test setup is to verify interoperability between contactless mobile payment devices or smartcards and EMV Level 1 contactless approved proximity coupling devices (payment readers). For this purpose, the test setup automatically conducts contactless payment transactions at different positions and evaluates the results. The readers serve as qualified equipment and are part of the test setup. Various system configurations with different sets of readers are available.
